SAIL is an old brand; born in 1932 in Roverchiara, Verona - Italy, to manage activity of brick-making. Tiziano De Togni, advocating radical sector crisis deepened on time in the 1980s, he worked on behalf of the family of a field conversion giving the production structure and, with no redundant, transferred the employees to neighboring farms.

By exploiting previous experience Organizing and Marketing, De Togni held Temporary Manager work at numerous companies in the central and northern Italy and, in 2009, he formed the firm SAIL dr. Tiziano De Togni for SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises).

The Temporary SAIL Management is an Organizational corporate function and Marketing that reaches as much as possible is that Efficiency Effectiveness.

Efficiency, when it reaches the intended purposes, since it is precisely the relationship between the results achieved and expected results.

Effectiveness when they are not wasted corporate resources both human and material. This means that, with the same results obtained, a Temporary Manager is efficient and allows to obtain results or better than expected or the same result by using less energy.

MISSION  

For SAIL, the purpose is "surfing" by implementing innovation and education with projects aimed at a continuous and sustainable improvement, to create added value, business and social !

SAIL has identified three strategic projects between them distinct and each independently used in the development of SMEs.

They are the result of spin-offs arising from the bibliography of very qualified international achievements.

It is spreading an economic model called "Green Economy" based on econometric analyzes that indicate what is the path to a "navigable sustainability" leading to safe havens.

This model proposes solutions that can reduce energy consumption, waste, consumption of natural resources (water, food, fuel, metals, etc.) and environmental damage.
